Following a short period where Wozair’s production facility was closed completely, adhering to the Government guidance, the shop floor has been fully functioning for the past 2 months, albeit with new split shift patterns and strict social distancing measures in place.
Throughout this period, the office staff have been working from home, however, are now starting to begin a phased return to the office. Workstation changes have been implemented and new ways of working have been introduced, providing a safe system of work to mitigate health and safety risks.
